Guest Relations Agent (Lady in Red) – Seasonal

About the role

Join Kempinski’s historic guest relations team in the heart of the Engadin Alps for the 2026/2027 winter season. As a Guest Relations Agent (Lady in Red) you will be the first point of contact for private and group guests, ensuring a seamless and luxurious experience throughout their stay.

Key responsibilities

• Perform check‑in and check‑out procedures for individuals and groups.
• Welcome and assist hotel guests, including VIP arrivals.
• Prepare invoices and manage cash register operations, including payments and currency exchange.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests.
• Execute various administrative reception tasks using the Opera property management system.

Required profile

• Successfully completed specialist training in hospitality or a related field.
• Ideally, some initial professional experience in front‑office or guest services.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
• Well‑groomed appearance and strong service mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Opera property management system.
