About the role

Join the W Verbier team as a Guest Relations Agent for the winter season. You will be the behind‑the‑scenes coordinator ensuring every guest request is handled smoothly, from last‑minute surprises to special arrival setups. This full‑time, seasonal position runs from December 2026 through March 2027 in a luxury hotel environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage incoming guest calls and inquiries with a warm, welcoming tone.
• Coordinate guest requests across all hotel departments, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
• Anticipate guest needs and proactively create memorable “wow” moments.
• Maintain detailed logs of guest interactions and service requests.
• Collaborate closely with concierge, front desk, housekeeping, and food & beverage teams.

Required profile

• Passion for the W brand and luxury hospitality.
• Previous experience in concierge or guest services within a high‑end, lifestyle hotel.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Creative, detail‑oriented, and highly motivated.
• Strong multitasking abilities and a natural flair for delivering exceptional experiences.
