Guest Services Host – Luxury Hotel Guest Transport

About the role

As a Guest Services Host at a luxury resort, you will be the primary point of contact for guest transportation and item delivery, ensuring a seamless and high‑standard experience throughout the property.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver and collect guest items according to brand standards, in a timely manner.
• Coordinate guest transfers, escorting guests around the resort and handling vehicle loading/unloading.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and operational condition, performing basic checks and minor repairs.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve transfer‑related issues.
• Keep lobby and guest areas clean, reporting any defects promptly.
• Stay knowledgeable about local streets, directions, and attractions.
• Uphold Six Senses service guidelines and LQA standards.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar operational role within a luxury hotel.
• Valid driving licence with a clean record.
• Confidence handling luxury vehicles.
• Fluent in French and English.
• EU or Swiss passport.

Required skills

• Basic mechanical knowledge.
• Vehicle repair competence.
• Understanding of vehicle parts.
