Head of Brand Design

About the role

The company is a fast‑growing digital health business seeking a Head of Brand Design to own and evolve the visual identity of multiple premium consumer health brands. This highly hands‑on role combines strategic direction with direct creation of brand assets across digital and physical touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Define and evolve the visual identity and distinctive language for several brands.
• Create and execute high‑quality brand work for campaigns, websites, landing pages, advertising, email, packaging and marketing materials.
• Develop brand guidelines, templates and scalable creative systems that enable rapid execution while maintaining standards.
• Art‑direct photography, illustration, motion, video and external creative partners as needed.
• Collaborate with marketing, growth, product and leadership to ensure consistent brand expression throughout the customer journey.
• Use customer behaviour and commercial performance data to continuously improve creative output.

Required profile

• 6+ years of experience in brand, visual and digital design.
• Outstanding portfolio demonstrating exceptional visual taste and experience building consumer brands.
• Strong understanding of brand identity, typography, composition, colour, imagery and art direction.
• Hands‑on designer capable of taking work from brief to final execution.
• Experience developing brand systems that work across multiple channels and teams.
• High agency, attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast‑moving startup.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Figma.
• Expertise in modern creative tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud).
• Comfort using AI and large‑language‑model tools to accelerate creative exploration.
