Head of Content – Global Growth Focus

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Head of Content to lead and scale content initiatives that drive measurable growth in a global, remote‑first environment. You will own the content strategy across the entire customer journey, turning creativity into performance metrics that directly impact acquisition, engagement, and brand consistency.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a data‑driven content strategy aligned with business outcomes such as organic traffic, sign‑ups, and engagement.
• Take full ownership of SEO initiatives, including keyword rankings, search visibility, and domain authority growth.
• Build and manage a scalable production framework for web, social, email, and video channels.
• Establish editorial standards to ensure quality, compliance, and brand consistency.
• Lead, mentor, and evaluate a team of content creators and editors.
• Monitor channel‑specific metrics and optimize performance.
• Develop reporting dashboards to communicate impact and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with growth, product, and compliance teams to align content with acquisition goals and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in content strategy, editorial leadership, or production.
• At least 3 years in a senior content leadership role (Head or Director level).
• Proven track record in fintech, crypto, digital banking, or similarly regulated fast‑growing sectors.
• Demonstrated success improving acquisition metrics through content and SEO.
