About the role

The Head of Global Commercial Business Finance Operations leads operational efficiency, process transformation and sales performance management for Logitech's Global Commercial Organization. This senior leader partners with regional finance teams and GCO leadership to drive revenue and profitability worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and monitor global sales KPIs, analyze trends and provide actionable insights.
• Design, implement and analyze global sales compensation and incentive plans.
• Support and enforce global pricing strategies, rules and processes.
• Oversee pricing tools, channel revenue management and SOX control compliance.
• Lead sales operations functions such as POS data, reporting, territory and quota administration.
• Identify and drive business finance process transformation and automation initiatives.
• Build and develop a high‑performing, cross‑regional team.

Required profile

• 20+ years of progressive finance and sales operations experience in a global organization.
• Strong understanding of sales processes, compensation models and CRM systems.
• Proven track record of leading global process transformation and financial performance improvement.
• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking and communication skills.
