Head of Group Controlling & FP&A

About the role

Reporting directly to the CFO, you will act as a trusted partner to the Management Board and global business leaders. You will lead financial planning, performance management, business partnering and strategic decision support across the Group.

Key responsibilities

• Lead group budgeting, forecasting and long‑term planning, develop models and scenario analyses.
• Drive performance management, reporting and provide financial insights for strategic decisions.
• Oversee finance and controlling for Operations, R&D and Global Functions, challenge business plans and promote accountability.
• Ensure accurate, timely closings and support global accounting & reporting (IFRS/statutory).
• Standardize and improve planning and reporting processes, drive automation and advanced analytics.
• Lead financial due diligence, valuations for M&A and support post‑merger integration.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• 10+ years progressive experience in FP&A, Controlling and finance leadership.
• Proven leadership in an international industrial environment.
• High integrity, strategic and analytical thinking, strong stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication and presentation capabilities.
