Head of HR – Surgery EMEA

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a senior HR leader to drive people strategy for its Surgery business across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Reporting to the President Surgery EMEA, you will act as the primary HR business partner, shaping talent, culture and organizational design to support growth and innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic HR partnership to the President Surgery EMEA and the regional leadership team.
• Diagnose business needs and design organizational structures that enable the execution of the unit’s strategy.
• Develop and deploy data‑driven talent strategies, including workforce planning, succession and leadership development.
• Steward the company culture and employee experience to attract, inspire and retain top talent.
• Partner with the OneHR model to align HR services, talent acquisition and learning initiatives with business objectives.
• Lead organizational design projects and support change management across the region.

Required profile

• Extensive senior HR experience within a global healthcare, med‑tech or pharmaceutical environment.
• Proven ability to influence C‑level executives and drive strategic HR initiatives.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using HR data to inform decisions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
