Head of International Marketing

About the role

MIDO, a Swiss watch brand within the Swatch Group, is seeking a Head of International Marketing to shape and execute its global marketing strategy. The role will drive brand desirability, support growth across 70 countries and lead a cross‑functional team to deliver compelling consumer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the international marketing strategy, including brand positioning, media and communication plans.
• Lead 360° campaigns across digital, social, PR, events and retail, ensuring consistency and measuring performance.
• Manage the global marketing budget, optimise spend and report on ROI.
• Collaborate with 20 subsidiaries, distributors and local teams to tailor initiatives to market priorities.
• Ensure all consumer touchpoints reflect the MIDO brand universe and quality standards.
• Coach and develop the marketing team while coordinating with sales, product and digital departments.

Required profile

• University degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
• 5‑8 years of experience in international marketing, preferably in luxury, premium consumer goods or watchmaking.
• Proven track record of creating and executing global brand and communication campaigns.
• Strong understanding of brand building, consumer engagement and omnichannel marketing.
• Experience working with international stakeholders across multiple cultures.
• Fluent in English and French; additional languages are a plus.
• Willingness to travel 10‑15 % internationally.
