Senior International Corporate Communications Project Leader

About the role

We are seeking a Senior International Corporate Communications Project Leader to join our PR team in Le Locle. You will own corporate communications, ensuring consistent and impactful messaging across internal and external audiences while supporting senior leadership on high‑profile initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Own and coordinate corporate communications activities, maintaining a unified corporate narrative.
• Support the PR Manager and senior leadership on media opportunities and high‑profile engagements.
• Develop and distribute corporate communications materials across digital, social, and traditional channels.
• Lead selected communications projects from concept through execution.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with media, internal stakeholders, and external partners.
• Manage communications in sensitive or high‑pressure situations with clear, consistent messaging.
• Identify opportunities to enhance corporate visibility, reputation, and positioning.
• Monitor media, corporate, and industry developments and provide actionable insights.

Required profile

• Excellent communicator with strong editorial judgement and storytelling ability.
• Strategic, creative, and curious with a solid understanding of corporate reputation.
• Confident working with senior stakeholders and handling sensitive information discreetly.
• Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build trusted relationships across functions and markets.
• Detail‑oriented, agile, and solutions‑focused with a big‑picture perspective.
• Sensitivity to brand image, corporate reputation, and the luxury environment.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, PR, Journalism, Marketing or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in corporate communications, preferably in an international setting.
• Proven track record in editorial content creation and media relations.
• Experience working with senior executives on high‑profile communications.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and French; German and additional languages are a plus.
