Head of Marketing

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Head of Marketing to lead the go‑to‑market strategy for a successful SaaS product with an international user base. Based in Switzerland and working in a remote‑first environment, you will combine strategic vision with day‑to‑day execution to drive acquisition, brand visibility and sustainable revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own and execute the full marketing strategy, including channel performance, budget allocation and paid acquisition.
• Develop diversified growth strategies beyond organic channels to generate traffic, leads and revenue.
• Lead product‑led growth initiatives, turning feature launches into acquisition, activation and retention opportunities.
• Manage, coach and develop a small senior marketing team, setting priorities and ensuring high‑quality execution.
• Introduce AI‑driven workflows, automation and tools to improve research, production and experimentation.
• Build strategic ecosystem partnerships to expand reach and market authority.
• Increase brand visibility through thought leadership, community engagement and creator partnerships.
• Monitor performance metrics, identify improvement areas and create long‑term growth plans.

• Proven growth‑focused marketing leader with a track record of delivering measurable business impact.
• Strong analytical mindset combined with creativity and the ability to move quickly in a changing environment.
• Experience managing multi‑channel strategies for SaaS products.
• Excellent leadership and coaching skills for senior marketing professionals.
