Head of Marketing

About the role

We are seeking a Head of Marketing to lead the global marketing strategy for a fast‑scaling technology business based in Switzerland. You will own the full marketing lifecycle, from demand generation and content strategy to brand growth and measurable revenue impact, working in a remote, international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the overall marketing vision, covering demand creation, brand growth, and revenue contribution.
• Build and scale multi‑channel inbound programs across SEO, social media, email, content syndication, community, and performance marketing.
• Create scalable content systems using storytelling, audience psychology, and multimedia formats.
• Strengthen organic visibility with AI‑driven content and search strategies.
• Launch founder‑led initiatives such as podcasts, speaking engagements, and earned media.
• Leverage AI agents, automation platforms, and workflow tools to improve efficiency.
• Partner with Product and Partnerships teams to turn launches and integrations into go‑to‑market campaigns.
• Establish measurement frameworks, optimize campaigns continuously, and mentor high‑performing marketing teams.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation, inbound or growth marketing.
• Proven track record leading marketing teams in high‑growth, fast‑moving environments.
• Strong strategic mindset with a data‑driven, experimental approach.
