HR Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on, service‑oriented HR professional who enjoys recruitment to join our small HR team in a dynamic, fast‑growing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end HR administration across the employee lifecycle, including data management, onboarding/offboarding, sickness notifications and monthly reporting.
• Coordinate full recruitment cycles: job ads, alignment with hiring managers, interview scheduling, candidate communication, feedback, reference checks and background screening.
• Support payroll processes with four‑eye reviews and liaise with external payroll providers.
• Administer HR systems such as Personio and Workable, ensuring data quality and implementing updates.
• Assist HR budget administration, processing invoices and tracking costs.
• Provide administrative support for HR projects and ensure audit‑ready documentation.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in HR services or administration.
• Proven recruitment expertise, especially for technology and specialist roles.
• Completed HR‑related education or equivalent practical experience.
• Excellent German and English (business level).
• Proactive, solution‑oriented, independent with strong interpersonal skills.
• Discreet, trustworthy and highly responsible.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with HR software (Personio, Workable).
• Strong IT skills, including MS Office.
