HR Intern – Support HR Operations in Switzerland

About the role

Start your HR career in an international aerospace and defense environment. As an HR Intern in Switzerland you will work closely with the HR team, handling day‑to‑day HR activities and gaining hands‑on exposure to the employee lifecycle and HR operations.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain employee database and HR systems, ensuring accuracy and up‑to‑date information.
• Support onboarding, contract changes, internal moves, documentation and off‑boarding processes.
• Prepare and maintain employment documentation and employee records.
• Assist in preparing HR reports, presentations and people data for decision‑making.
• Coordinate onboarding activities and help new employees settle in.
• Contribute to local and international HR projects aimed at improving processes and employee experience.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or qualification in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, Management or related field.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable working in an international environment.
• Professional working proficiency in English; French skills are highly valued.
• Eligibility to work in Switzerland and availability for a 12‑month internship.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
