Head of Product, Solution & Segment Marketing

About the role

Join Sulzer’s global Marketing team to shape the positioning of a CHF 3.5 billion industrial leader’s solutions across critical markets. You will lead product and solution marketing for pumps, separation technologies, services and sustainability solutions worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the global product and solution marketing strategy aligned with corporate and divisional priorities.
• Develop clear value propositions, positioning frameworks and go‑to‑market plans for core product lines and priority verticals such as water, oil & gas, chemical processing and green hydrogen.
• Lead solution launch plans, ensure consistent messaging across digital, events, sales tools and technical literature, and create sales enablement materials.
• Collaborate with Product Management to influence roadmap based on market trends and customer needs.
• Build and develop a high‑performing team of product marketers, set KPIs and foster a data‑driven, customer‑centric culture.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
• 12+ years of B2B product/solution marketing experience, including senior leadership.
• Proven success in developing value propositions and go‑to‑market strategies for complex industrial solutions.
• Strong commercial acumen, analytical skills and customer‑centric mindset.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills in a global matrix organization.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM and marketing platforms such as Salesforce and HubSpot.
• Knowledge of modern marketing approaches including ABM and digital marketing.
