Head of Wealth Planning

About the role

Banque Heritage is seeking a Head of Wealth Planning to lead the development of its wealth planning activity for the Swiss market. Based in Geneva, you will design a comprehensive suite of services covering pension planning, tax structuring and succession planning, and act as the technical advisor for Relationship Managers on high‑value client cases.

Key responsibilities

• Define and launch a dedicated Wealth Planning offering for Swiss resident clients, integrating existing vested‑benefits solutions.
• Design internal and external solutions for Swiss pension schemes (BVG/LPP, Pillar 3a/3b), insurance products and asset structuring.
• Create analytical tools, frameworks, templates and client documentation to support the offering.
• Provide expert advice on complex wealth situations involving entrepreneurs, private assets and insurance‑based structures.
• Deliver in‑depth guidance on Swiss income and wealth tax, pension and succession planning.
• Support Relationship Managers in business development and participate in strategic client meetings as subject‑matter expert.
• Identify and develop partnership opportunities with HR departments, brokers and external asset managers.
• Define and execute the communication strategy for Wealth Planning in Switzerland, producing marketing materials and internal training.

Required profile

• Proven senior experience in wealth planning, private banking or family office environments.
• Deep knowledge of Swiss pension legislation (BVG/LPP, Pillar 3a/3b) and tax regulations.
• Track record of advising high‑net‑worth clients on pension, tax and succession matters.
• Strong analytical capabilities and ability to develop structured solutions and documentation.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across Asset Management, Legal and Private Banking teams.
