About the role
Join H&M Home as a Sales Advisor for an 8‑hour shift, working temporarily from October to December. You will help create an inspiring shopping experience in the concept store, acting as a brand ambassador and supporting the team to exceed customer expectations.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service, putting the customer first at all times.
- Maintain store compliance with accounting, payroll and cash‑handling policies.
- Collaborate with the store team to maximise profitability and sales.
- Support the management team with administrative policies and routine updates.
Required profile
- Passion for customer service, people and interior design.
- Result‑driven attitude with strong organisational skills.
- Positive, willing to learn and improve.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, thinking outside the box.
