Hospitality Production Coordinator

About the role

The UEFA EURO 2028 Hospitality Production Coordinator will plan, integrate and deliver world‑class hospitality infrastructure across all tournament venues. Reporting to the hospitality production team, the role blends technical expertise with operational excellence to ensure every hospitality concept is innovative, functional and provides an exceptional guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct site inspections, assess venue infrastructure and define hospitality layouts for both temporary and permanent setups.
• Oversee implementation of key systems such as power, HVAC, IT and AV/AVL, and review CAD drawings to guarantee technical compliance.
• Coordinate with designers, consultants and suppliers to turn concepts into actionable plans, managing timelines and supplier performance.
• Support contract administration, technical documentation, budgeting and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead on‑site execution, logistics and installation of technical infrastructure, managing teams and resolving issues in real time.
• Ensure alignment with ticketing, access, security, parking and guest flow processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in event management, engineering, architecture, hospitality management or technical production.
• 4–6 years of experience in large‑scale event production, venue infrastructure or hospitality project management, preferably in sports or stadium environments.
• Project‑management qualification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is highly valuable.
• Fluent English; willingness to relocate to Switzerland or France.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CAD software for infrastructure design.
• Knowledge of power distribution, HVAC, IT and AV/AVL systems.
• Experience managing technical installations and multi‑supplier environments.
• Project‑management methodologies and tools.
