HR Business Partner

About the role

SWISSto12 is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support its Engineering organization focused on the HummingSat satellite program. Working closely with the Head of HR, you will partner with managers and employees across the full employee lifecycle, helping to build strong management practices, effective teams, and scalable people processes.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary HR partner for the HummingSat team, advising on employee relations, performance, development, and organizational changes.
• Support workforce planning, hiring, retention, and team growth initiatives.
• Guide people leaders through performance and development discussions and help navigate organizational change.
• Develop and deliver manager development programs, leadership workshops, and practical tools for feedback and career conversations.
• Implement and continuously improve performance management and career development processes across the company.
• Identify workforce risks, capability gaps, and retention concerns, contributing to organizational growth and change initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of HR experience in an HR Business Partner or similar role.
• Strong employee relations experience and ability to partner with managers on a broad range of HR topics.
• Experience supporting performance management, employee development, and delivering manager development programs.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, high‑growth, international, multi‑site environment.
