HR Business Partner Lead Specialist – Corporate

About the role

The IDB Group is seeking a strategic Human Resources Lead Specialist to serve as the senior HR Business Partner for its corporate departments and board services. Reporting to the HRD General Manager, the incumbent will act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, translating business strategy into forward‑looking HR solutions that support the Bank’s mission.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with IDB management and functional leaders to develop and implement the people strategy.
• Facilitate strategic conversations with business leaders to identify talent pipeline needs and design workforce and succession plans aligned with business objectives.
• Co‑lead the annual talent review, promotion exercise, and workforce planning processes across Operations, Private, and Regions HRBP groups.
• Provide advisory support and resolve performance cases, offering data‑driven insights to senior leadership.
• Partner with the broader HRD ecosystem to co‑create and implement policies on organizational development, talent management, performance, compensation, and benefits.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading strategic human capital initiatives across the full employee lifecycle.
• Extensive background partnering with senior executives on complex people matters.
• Strong client‑centric orientation and ability to influence decision‑making at the executive level.
• Excellent communication and advisory skills with a focus on organizational design and culture.
