HR Business Partner Regions (w,m,d) – 100%

About the role

Julius Baer is looking for an HR Business Partner for its front Regions, working 100%. The role gives strategic HR advice to Top and Senior Management and supports the Region Head and their direct reports in implementing the business strategy. It also acts as a partner to line management on change management, organizational development and human capital management, while ensuring HR policy adherence across units and locations.

Key responsibilities

• Define, develop and implement a people strategy and roadmap aligned with the Bank's and the Region's strategies
• Coach Senior Management on people management and complex HR issues, and support them in workforce planning, succession planning, talent management and low performer processes
• Advise on organizational design and development and on change management
• Analyse employment engagement survey results and recommend improvements
• Manage and monitor the year-end process (compensation, performance assessment and potential evaluation)
• Support the hiring of senior or key positions with the recruiting teams
• Manage strategic HR projects, play an active role in cost-efficiency programs and monitor FTE and cost budgets with the Region Head, Business Management and CFO
• Represent HR in the Region's Management Committees

Required profile

• University degree and further education in HR Management
• Profound expertise as an HR Business Partner in a front Region of the financial sector
• Experience with senior management contracts, reward schemes and strategic sourcing
• Extensive experience in project and change management
• Fluent German and English, with professional verbal and written communication and presentation skills
• Ability to keep confidential sensitive information and a strong commercial attitude
