HR Employee Relations Advisor (Hybrid)

About the role

Otis is seeking a proactive HR Employee Relations Advisor to foster a positive, inclusive workplace across its Swiss sites. The role will serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations matters while providing HR operations expertise during a key transformation phase.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve workplace conflicts and mediate disputes, offering guidance or escalation as needed.
• Analyze employee relations cases to identify learning opportunities and deliver targeted upskilling for managers.
• Coach managers and provide people insights to support effective leadership.
• Act as subject‑matter expert for HR operations, ensuring smooth processes and seamless handovers.
• Collaborate with HR Operations and the Shared Service Centre to continuously improve service delivery.
• Partner with HR Business Partners to align HR strategies with business objectives.
• Participate in HR projects, offering insights and recommendations.
• Prepare and present HR reports with key metrics and insights.

Required profile

• Proven experience in employee relations, conflict resolution, or mediation.
• Strong knowledge of Swiss labour laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Reliable, structured, solution‑oriented work style with high independence.
• Native French speaker with professional proficiency in English; fluency in Italian and/or German is a plus.
• Experience in matrix organisations is advantageous.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
