HR Manager (French Speaking) – Geneva (Hybrid)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager who is fluent in French to join a leading international financial services organisation. Based in Geneva and working in a hybrid model, you will support our European workforce with a particular focus on France and Switzerland, acting as a trusted advisor to managers and employees across multiple jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with managers and leadership teams on a broad range of HR matters, including employee relations, performance management, disciplinary and grievance issues.
• Support organisational change, restructures and workforce planning initiatives.
• Advise stakeholders on HR policies, procedures and employment legislation.
• Manage complex employee‑relations cases with confidence and professionalism.
• Collaborate with global HR colleagues to deliver key people initiatives and projects.
• Support talent management, succession planning and employee engagement activities.
• Ensure HR practices remain compliant with local legal and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Fluent French (written and spoken).
• Proven experience as an HR Manager or senior HR Business Partner.
• Strong knowledge of French and Swiss employment law.
• Experience managing complex employee‑relations matters.
• Excellent stakeholder‑management and influencing skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, international environment.
• Proactive, solutions‑focused approach with strong commercial awareness.
