HR Projects & Business Management Lead

About the role

Avaloq is seeking a strategic and execution‑focused HR Projects & Business Management Lead to support the Business Area Head for People & Communications. The role sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, and transformation, driving key initiatives across People, Culture, and Communications.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage strategic initiatives across People, Culture, Communications and Location Management.
• Translate functional strategy into structured programs, roadmaps, and execution plans.
• Coordinate cross‑functional projects involving HR, Communications, Leadership and other business teams.
• Track milestones, risks, budgets and deliverables to ensure successful execution.
• Support the design and implementation of a modern, data‑informed People & Communications function.
• Define operating models, governance structures and ways of working that enable strong business partnerships.
• Drive initiatives related to employee experience, digital HR, process improvement and communications.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase impact and leverage data and technology in decision‑making.

Required profile

• Strategic thinker with a hands‑on approach to project execution.
• Proven experience in HR, People & Communications, or related transformation functions.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to work in a fast‑moving, collaborative environment.
• Experience translating strategy into actionable programs and delivering results.
