HR Senior Specialist – Part-time (80%)

About the role

BCG is seeking an experienced HR Senior Specialist to join its Swiss office on a part‑time (80%) basis. You will act as a trusted HR partner for consultants, managers and senior leaders, collaborating across Finance, Recruiting and Talent Management.

Key responsibilities

• Own and execute core HR processes across the employee life‑cycle, including onboarding, development, mobility and off‑boarding.
• Provide expert guidance on HR policies and Swiss labour law to employees and managers.
• Lead local HR projects and align with regional and global HR and Recruiting teams.
• Maintain data integrity in HR systems such as Workday and support payroll data preparation.
• Assist the local HR Lead with ad‑hoc requests, presentations, strategic initiatives and annual processes such as the bonus cycle.
• Contribute to local engagement initiatives and promote BCG’s high‑performance culture.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in HR, business administration, psychology or related field, or equivalent commercial training with HR certification.
• Minimum five years of experience in an HR generalist or specialist role, preferably in professional services or a fast‑paced international environment.
• Strong knowledge of Swiss labour law.
