HRIS Consultant & Project Manager – Swiss Market

About the role

Lucca is looking for an HRIS Consultant & Project Manager to join its Customer Success team in Switzerland. You will lead the onboarding and implementation of new clients, ensure their ongoing satisfaction, and help adapt Lucca’s HR software to the local market.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end customer onboarding projects, from needs gathering to go‑live.
• Deliver implementations on time, within budget, and tailored to Swiss regulations.
• Train administrators and support key accounts during and after deployment.
• Provide level‑2 support, conduct post‑implementation reviews, and identify upsell or cross‑sell opportunities.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement and localisation of Lucca’s consulting activities in Switzerland.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• Native‑level French (C2) and English (C2) proficiency.
• Experience in HRIS consulting or project management, preferably with SME and large accounts.
• Strong client‑facing skills, flexibility, and ability to handle complex deployments.
