Human Resources Advisor

About the role

Join Lombard Odier Investment Managers as a Human Resources Advisor, supporting employees across Switzerland and Europe. Reporting to the HR Business Partner in Geneva, you will work in a dynamic environment, handling the full employee lifecycle and contributing to HR process improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage onboarding, off‑boarding and internal transfers, ensuring accurate employment records.
• Handle operational HR tasks such as certificates, regulator attestations, and work permits.
• Support entry‑level and temporary recruitment activities, including job ads and interview scheduling.
• Maintain and update HR databases (e.g., Workday) and resolve data inconsistencies.
• Own and continuously improve HR procedures, contributing to digitalisation projects.
• Provide daily operational support to HR Business Partners and Advisors across the group.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in an HR function, preferably in an international or fast‑paced setting.
• Strong hands‑on HR administration skills with excellent coordination and multitasking abilities.
• Solid understanding of HR laws and best practices, especially Swiss employment law.
• Solution‑oriented mindset with the ability to anticipate issues and propose efficient solutions.
