Human Resources Officer (French, English, German)

About the role

We are seeking a multilingual Human Resources Officer to join an international pharmaceutical group on a long‑term assignment. The role acts as a trusted HR partner, supporting managers and employees across performance, relations, change, and workforce planning.

Key responsibilities

• Advise managers and staff on performance management, employee relations, organizational change, and workforce planning.
• Support headcount planning and budget activities in collaboration with Finance.
• Provide operational support for Compensation & Benefits, including annual salary reviews and benefits administration.
• Lead or contribute to cross‑functional HR projects such as HR digitalisation, AI integration, and people analytics.
• Collaborate with regional and global HR teams and other functional stakeholders.
• Execute core HR operational processes ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a high‑quality employee experience.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in an international or matrix environment.
• University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Sciences, Psychology or related field.
• Fluent in English, French and German (spoken and written).
• Valid Swiss work permit and immediate availability.

Required skills

• Proficiency with modern HR systems (e.g., Workday).
• Experience or interest in HR digitalisation, AI integration and people analytics.
