HVAC & Utilities Engineer DPS Growth Project

About the role

As an HVAC & Utilities Engineer you will ensure GMP‑compliant, safe and energy‑efficient operation of Black Utilities, Clean Utilities and HVAC systems in a new sterile Drug Product facility. You will be involved from start‑up through routine operations, contributing to design, qualification and ongoing reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in FATs, construction walk‑downs, commissioning and qualification to ensure smooth hand‑over of utilities and HVAC systems.
• Maintain safe, cGMP‑compliant operation, perform maintenance activities and keep system documentation up‑to‑date.
• Support risk analyses, create SOPs and work instructions, and manage deviations and changes.
• Act as subject‑matter expert during audits and inspections for HVAC & Utilities topics.

Required profile

• Degree in engineering or comparable technical education with strong technical understanding.
• Proficiency in German (required) and English (preferred).
• Significant experience in equipment maintenance, ideally in a pharmaceutical GMP environment.
• Analytical mindset with ability to define and track KPIs.
