In‑Room Dining F&B Attendant (Seasonal)

About the role

Join Kempinski’s historic hospitality brand as a seasonal F&B Attendant in the In‑Room Dining team for the 2026/2027 winter season. You will deliver 5‑star service to guests staying in the luxury resort of St. Moritz, ensuring every meal experience meets the highest standards of quality and hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Take guest orders in German and English, using the Micros POS system.
• Prepare and deliver orders to rooms, loading service trolleys efficiently.
• Upsell menu items and promote special treatments during service.
• Handle till duties, daily mise en place, and cleaning tasks.
• Maintain compliance with hotel standards and internal procedures.

Required profile

• Initial professional experience in upscale catering or hotel food‑and‑beverage service.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
• Structured, organized approach and a team‑oriented mindset.
• Warm, guest‑focused attitude with a commitment to high‑quality service.
• Fluent English; German required; additional languages a plus.
