In‑Room Dining Supervisor – Seasonal Full‑Time

About the role

The In‑Room Dining Supervisor will lead the room‑service team at Kempinski St. Moritz for the winter 2026/27 season. Reporting to the outlet manager, you will ensure a seamless, 5‑star culinary experience for guests, handling orders, coordinating staff and maintaining high standards of service and hygiene.

Key responsibilities

• Take guest orders by phone, enter them accurately in the POS system and communicate with the kitchen.
• Coordinate waitstaff, minibar attendants and other team members to deliver food and beverages promptly.
• Promote menu items, suggest alternatives and upsell where appropriate.
• Monitor inventory, supplies and waste, supporting stock‑taking activities.
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment and ensure compliance with health‑safety regulations.
• Handle guest enquiries, complaints and feedback professionally, escalating to supervisors when needed.
• Supervise and coach team members, providing clear instructions and support.

Required profile

• Completed training in a comparable hotel environment and several years of experience in upscale gastronomy.
• Impeccable appearance, natural charm and strong communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, flexible schedule and high quality awareness.
• Structured, organised work style and a genuine interest in team‑oriented work.
• Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus.

• Proficient use of a POS system for order entry and reporting.
