Inside Sales Agent (German, French, Italian) – Zurich

About the role

Join Properti’s fast‑growing PropTech team in Zurich as an Inside Sales Agent. You will be the first point of contact for inbound leads, shaping first impressions and qualifying opportunities for our senior agents.

Key responsibilities

• Engage inbound and early‑stage leads generated through marketing and lead‑generation tools.
• Conduct initial outreach to understand client needs and intent.
• Qualify opportunities and provide clear context for hand‑over to senior colleagues.
• Maintain accurate lead information in the CRM and use AI‑driven tools to improve outreach efficiency.
• Continuously improve performance through feedback and coaching.

Required profile

• Excellent conversational talent and ability to build rapport quickly.
• Strong written and spoken German, French and Italian (English a plus).
• Resilience and self‑motivation in a high‑volume, target‑driven environment.
• Comfort with CRM systems and digital tools.
• Curiosity about real estate, data and high‑performing sales teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software.
• Experience using AI‑driven outreach technology.
