Insurance Business Analyst – Associate/Manager

About the role

PwC is seeking an Insurance Business Analyst to join its Zurich team, supporting clients on insurance transformation journeys. You will work closely with project managers, product owners and sponsors to deliver core platform and business change projects within the financial services sector.

Key responsibilities

• Provide independent advice and perspective to project management and sponsorship of insurance transformations.
• Support delivery of core platform transformations, ensuring projects stay within scope, time, budget and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in target operating model design, digitisation and optimisation of core insurance processes.
• Manage stakeholder engagement, benefits realisation and change management activities across complex programmes.

Required profile

• Fluency in German and English (business level).
• 1‑5 years of experience as a transformation manager or business analyst, preferably with insurance or IT background.
• Proven track record in complex programmes from assessment through design and build of core platform transformations.
• Strong analytical abilities and a structured, pragmatic approach.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in an agile, international environment.
