About the role
This 12‑month internship in Value & Access and Commercial offers the chance to work within a diverse, cross‑functional team at Biogen. You will support patient‑access initiatives in Switzerland and contribute to digital and omnichannel commercial projects across the portfolio.
Key responsibilities
- Support the Value & Access team in handling health‑insurance requests, processing claims, and compiling reimbursement dossiers in line with Swiss regulations (Art 71a‑d KVV).
- Monitor the regulatory environment (KVG, KLV, KVV) and provide updates on new legislation and its implications for the portfolio.
- Assist in the coordination and execution of digital/omnichannel communication initiatives, ensuring optimal stakeholder communication.
- Collaborate with the commercial team to implement affiliate projects, draft commercial material for newsletters, pre‑approved emails, social‑media ads, and online platforms.
Required profile
- Master’s degree in economics, marketing, science, medicine, or a related field.
- Proactive attitude, ability to meet tight timelines, and strong organizational skills.
- Native‑level German (written and spoken) and advanced English.
