Internal Communications Manager – Global

About the role

As an Internal Communications Manager at Nestlé, you will shape global internal communications priorities and translate them into clear plans, coordinated actions and measurable impact. Working closely with the Global Head of Internal Communications, corporate affairs, functions, regions and external partners, you will drive strategic messaging that supports the company’s purpose of improving lives and the planet.

Key responsibilities

• Shape global internal communications priorities into clear objectives and coordinated delivery plans.
• Connect campaigns, leadership communications, channels, events and engagement into a coherent global agenda.
• Set bold editorial direction and translate complex priorities into clear, compelling stories.
• Lead priority initiatives from strategy and concept through activation, engagement and evaluation.
• Align stakeholders across the organisation to strengthen major company moments and ensure effective follow‑through.
• Use audience insight, performance data and feedback to improve communication decisions and measurable impact.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in strategic internal communications, corporate affairs or marketing, linking business priorities with audience needs.
• Strong editorial judgement to simplify complex topics and create clear, engaging narratives.
• Expertise in structured planning, audience insight and performance data to deliver at pace and improve outcomes.
• Proven ability to collaborate across teams and influence colleagues and partners to align priorities and scale effective practices.
• Fluent English with excellent writing skills and strong digital fluency.
• Demonstrates courage, collaboration, speed and continuous learning while translating ideas into measurable impact.
