Marketing Content Specialist

About the role

Manage the day‑to‑day delivery of email marketing and website content for exhibitions and events, ensuring all material is on‑brand, timely and drives visitor and exhibitor engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Create, test and send email campaigns and newsletters, coordinate audiences, mailing lists and A/B testing.
• Publish and update website content in the CMS, including landing pages, programmes, exhibitor and speaker listings, and news.
• Coordinate content schedules with marketing, content and event teams and ensure SEO‑friendly, consistent messaging.
• Monitor email performance, analyse results with GA4 and identify improvement opportunities.
• Execute direct messaging through event platforms such as Swapcard and support marketing automation.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in email marketing and/or website content management.
• Experience with Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud, especially for email campaign execution.
• Proven ability to coordinate and improve content for email and websites.
• Familiarity with a CMS and basic HTML.
• Strong attention to detail, organisational skills and comfort working with performance data and GA4.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work across teams.
• Fluent in German and English; French a plus.
