Internship in GIS Technology Development

About the role

Join a passionate, collaborative team driving innovation in high‑voltage technology. You will support GIS (Gas‑Insulated Switchgear) product development projects and gain hands‑on experience in a dynamic, international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support type tests (high power, high voltage, high current, mechanical, environmental) in GIS development projects.
• Organise, prepare, attend and document test activities.
• Evaluate test results using Excel, LabVIEW or Python and develop evaluation tools.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on development projects and daily operations.
• Contribute to solving short‑term technical challenges and ensure high‑quality documentation and reporting.

Required profile

• Enrolled student (Bachelor or Master) or graduate in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Physics.
• Basic programming skills or willingness to learn (Excel, LabVIEW, Python).
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Team‑oriented, creative and solution‑focused mindset, comfortable in a multicultural, multidisciplinary setting.

• COMSOL Multiphysics or similar simulation software (advantageous).
