Investment Banking Analyst/Associate – Global Advisory (Zurich)

About the role

Rothschild & Co is seeking experienced analysts and associates to join its Global Advisory team in Zurich. The role involves providing impartial, expert advice on M&A and financing solutions to large and mid‑sized corporations, private equity firms, families, entrepreneurs and governments.

Key responsibilities

• Work on multiple transactions simultaneously, covering client development, opportunity evaluation and execution support across all workstreams.
• Lead junior team members and own workstreams for corporate finance analyses, client presentations, information memoranda and offering documents.
• Develop and maintain financial models and valuations, and present findings to clients.

Required profile

• Prior experience in an investment banking role with strong quantitative and analytical abilities.
• Proven ability to lead junior staff, manage several projects in a fast‑paced environment and build long‑term client relationships.
• Knowledge of M&A and financing regulatory environments.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Proficiency with investment‑banking tools such as FactSet.
