IP Search & Analytics Manager

About the role

The IP Search & Analytics Manager will lead scientific and patent intelligence activities, turning complex data into strategic insights that support innovation, business development, and IP protection for a global healthcare leader.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct patent and scientific literature searches to inform critical IP and business decisions.
• Develop innovative search strategies using advanced methodologies and specialized patent databases.
• Provide actionable patent analytics for due diligence, litigation, and freedom‑to‑operate assessments.
• Collaborate with patent attorneys, scientists, and business teams to define objectives and deliver insights.
• Translate complex technical information into clear recommendations for diverse stakeholders.

Required profile

• Master’s degree or PhD in Biology, Biochemistry or a related scientific discipline.
• Experience in patent searching, IP research, technical research, or patent analytics.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and research skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a global environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with patent databases and scientific literature search platforms.
• Advanced search methodology expertise.
