IT Project Manager

About the role

The IT Project Manager will lead and deliver complex SAP‑focused IT transformation initiatives, aligning technology capabilities with strategic business objectives and supporting sustainable organizational change.

Key responsibilities

• Lead SAP‑enabled transformation projects from initiation through go‑live, managing scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks and quality.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams, external partners and system integrators, and facilitate project governance and stakeholder communication.
• Translate business requirements into practical IT solutions and implementation roadmaps, ensuring compliance with governance, security and audit standards.
• Support change management, user adoption and organizational readiness activities while monitoring project performance and business benefits.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, Engineering or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Several years of experience in IT project management and SAP transformation projects.
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and business transformation initiatives.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders in a global, cross‑functional environment.
• Excellent communication, leadership and problem‑solving skills, with high adaptability.
