IT Security Architect

About the role

We are seeking a skilled IT Security Architect to join our cross‑functional digital product team in Zürich. You will lead the creation and maintenance of security concepts, ensuring our solutions meet regulatory and organizational standards.

Key responsibilities

• Define security architecture, standards and guidelines and integrate security requirements into design and development.
• Execute risk analyses, threat modeling, security assessments and monitor implementation of security measures.
• Consult with development, architecture, testing and operations teams and support security tests, reviews and audits.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of experience in IT security or security architecture, preferably in security‑critical or regulated environments such as e‑banking.
• Fluent German (B2+), business‑proficient English; French or Italian is a plus.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of authentication, authorization, encryption and secure design.
• Understanding of modern software architectures (frontend, backend, APIs, cloud).
• Experience with security standards and frameworks, risk analysis and threat modeling.
