IT Support / Infrastructure Engineer

About the role

Join an international company in Geneva as an IT Support / Infrastructure Engineer. You will be the primary point of contact for end‑users, delivering on‑site technical assistance while contributing to local and global IT projects.

Key responsibilities

• Provide on‑site support for hardware, software, collaboration tools, mobility devices and meeting‑room technologies.
• Manage and resolve Level 1 and Level 2 incidents in a timely manner.
• Participate in the deployment, follow‑up and documentation of local and global IT initiatives.
• Assist users in adopting digital tools and deliver targeted training sessions.
• Maintain high service quality and ensure a positive user experience.
• Collaborate with global IT teams, external vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Support the upkeep of IT equipment, infrastructure and compliance procedures.
• Contribute to continuous‑improvement efforts for IT services and processes.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, IT or equivalent professional experience.
• 2–3 years of experience in IT support or infrastructure roles.
• Hands‑on experience providing end‑user support in a corporate environment.
• Fluent French and professional English.
• Experience in regulated environments or knowledge of ITIL is a plus.
