IT Support Specialist – Global Desktop Support

About the role

We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to join our Global Desktop Support team. The role provides fast, effective technical assistance to users across multiple offices, combining on‑site and remote support.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver level 1 and 2 technical support to front, middle, and back‑office users via phone, email, and ticketing system.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and user‑profile issues on Windows 11 devices.
• Install, configure, update, and troubleshoot authorized workstations, peripherals, audio/video equipment, and collaboration tools.
• Manage identities, groups, and devices using Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Support Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
• Troubleshoot basic network connectivity, DNS, and access issues.
• Perform daily system checks to ensure IT service availability.

Required profile

• 0‑3 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or desktop support.
• CFC or equivalent IT qualification.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 operating systems.
• Understanding of Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 environment.
• Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and ability to diagnose simple connectivity problems.
• Familiarity with desktop/laptop hardware, peripherals, and A/V or telephony technologies is a plus.
