IT Support Technician

About the role

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Technician to join our client’s team in Zurich. The role requires immediate operational readiness, strong autonomy, and the ability to work in a demanding environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support to users and resolve IT incidents.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain workstations and peripherals.
• Support Windows, Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, and business applications.
• Manage user accounts, access rights, and authentication issues.
• Document interventions in the ticketing system and escalate complex incidents to L2/L3 teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in L1 IT support.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft/Windows/Microsoft 365 environments.
• Experience in a demanding or critical professional environment.
• Strong autonomy, accuracy, service orientation, and excellent troubleshooting skills.
• IT certifications (e.g., Microsoft) are an advantage.
• English C1 and German C1 proficiency required.
