IT Technician – End‑User & Corporate Support

About the role

We are looking for an IT Technician to provide end‑user and corporate IT support across our offices in Geneva, Lausanne and Zurich. You will help maintain a secure and efficient IT environment for a fast‑growing FinTech company operating in the digital assets space.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy, configure and hand over end‑user hardware and software following installation guidelines.
• Manage the full lifecycle of end‑user equipment from procurement to disposal.
• Log, categorize, investigate and prioritize incidents and service requests.
• Provide on‑site IT support for our Geneva, Lausanne and Zurich offices.
• Administer corporate applications and maintain IT infrastructure (local network, printers, small devices).
• Manage access rights and perform regular security checks in a banking environment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support or similar roles.
• Proven experience administering Linux, macOS and Windows workstations.
• Hands‑on experience with Azure administration (Office 365, SharePoint, Intune, Windows Defender).
• Fluent English, good knowledge of French, resident in Switzerland and willing to travel between offices.
