Junior Business Manager – German & French

About the role

agap2 Switzerland is looking for a motivated Junior Business Manager who will lead a profit centre focused on the Life Science sector. You will build long‑term client relationships, recruit engineering consultants and manage a small team while receiving mentorship from senior leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Take full ownership of business unit profitability and growth.
• Identify and acquire new Life Science clients, including cold‑calling and sales negotiations.
• Define engineering projects and services to offer industrial partners.
• Recruit, interview, and onboard engineering consultants.
• Lead and develop a team of consultants, ensuring client and consultant satisfaction.

Required profile

• Fluent in German and English (minimum C1); conversational French (minimum B1).
• Engineering degree or MSc in Management, Economics or Business Administration.
• 0‑3 years of professional experience.
• Strong interest in sales, entrepreneurship and engineering.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to simplify complex ideas.
