Junior CFO

About the role

We are seeking a Junior CFO to support a fast‑growing real‑estate asset manager. The role combines hands‑on financial operations with strategic business support, offering exposure to the full finance lifecycle in a dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day financial operations and internal controls.
• Oversee real‑estate financial management, including budgeting, reporting and performance analysis.
• Monitor cash flow, treasury activities and liquidity planning.
• Provide strategic and business support to senior leadership.
• Coordinate with external partners, auditors and regulatory bodies.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in finance, accounting or real‑estate finance.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.
• Experience in property management, development or investment is strongly preferred.
• Highly detail‑oriented, proactive and comfortable taking ownership.
• Excellent communicator able to work closely with non‑finance teams.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel, including financial modelling.
