Junior Financial Controller – Transfer Pricing & Analytics

About the role

Join a leading bank’s Management Control team as a Junior Financial Controller focused on Transfer Pricing and Analytics. You will help structure the profit‑center hierarchy, calculate SLA‑based transfer pricing, and support profitability analysis while driving data quality and automation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and govern the profit‑center hierarchy, ensuring accurate AuM and revenue splits across legal entities, business lines, and geographies.
• Participate in transfer pricing calculations, document allocation rules, and perform reconciliations.
• Contribute to profitability models, prepare variance analyses, and provide validation material for management and governance committees.
• Develop ad‑hoc automation projects using Excel/VBA, Business Objects, and SQL to streamline data flows and reporting.
• Enhance dashboards and KPIs (AuM, revenues, profitability) with Power BI.
• Support monthly reporting, budgeting, and forecasting cycles in close collaboration with Accounting, IT, and Business stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Management or a related field.
• Initial experience in management control, audit or finance within a banking environment.
• Strong analytical mindset, rigorous documentation habits, and ability to work under monthly‑closing deadlines.
• Professional proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.

• Advanced Excel with VBA.
