Junior Housekeeping Supervisor – Seasonal (Full‑Time)

About the role

Join Kempinski’s historic hospitality brand as a Junior Housekeeping Supervisor for the 2026/27 winter season in St. Moritz. You will work closely with the Housekeeping Executive to ensure rooms, suites, residences and meeting spaces meet the highest 5‑star standards.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms, suites, residences and meeting rooms daily.
• Support Room Attendants in inspecting rooms and hotel areas for tidiness.
• Oversee care and maintenance of hotel inventory and equipment.
• Receive, organise and respond to guest requests, providing appropriate advice.
• Assist in daily work distribution and uphold quality standards.
• Conduct practical training sessions for housekeeping staff.
• Prepare various reports and assist in planning basic cleaning schedules.
• Represent Housekeeping Supervisors during their absence.

Required profile

• Successfully completed specialist training with initial professional experience.
• High attention to detail, creativity and strong quality awareness.
• Structured, organised way of working and a strong interest in team‑oriented tasks.
• Very good knowledge of German and English; Italian is a plus.
