Junior Product Designer – UI/UX

About the role

You will join Ethon's small design team and work side‑by‑side with engineers to turn complex manufacturing data into usable interfaces that factory teams rely on daily. The role starts with UI work—building screens, components and flows for the platform—and will evolve into end‑to‑end product ownership.

Key responsibilities

• Convert flows and concepts into production‑ready screens and maintain components in Figma, ensuring alignment with code.
• Pair with developers, review builds, and make quick trade‑offs during sprints.
• Participate in customer calls, factory visits, and testing sessions to bring real‑world feedback into the product.
• Occasionally support startup needs such as website updates, sales decks and marketing visuals.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of professional experience designing digital products (internships count if real work shipped).
• Fluent in English, adaptable to changing priorities, and comfortable being both scrappy and thorough.
• Curious about users, technology and manufacturing, and actively seeks feedback.

Required skills

• Strong UI craft with hands‑on experience using a design system.
• Proficiency in Figma (components, variants, auto‑layout, variables).
• Comfort with AI tools for rapid iterations and prototypes.
• Basic understanding of frontend development to design buildable solutions.
